YOUR VESSEL.
OUR TECHNICAL FOCUS.

Behind every system,
there is a problem to solve.

We work on the electrical, control and monitoring systems that connect a vessel’s equipment. Our starting point is the fault itself: what happened, where the signal stopped, and what the system needs to operate again.

Measurements guide the intervention. Functional tests confirm the result. A service report records the work and the condition at handover.

The right expertise.
For the system on board.

THE CONNECTION IS IN THE DETAILS.

Not just a component.
A working system.

A controller, a sensor, a computer or a communication line. We look at how the parts work together, then document the intervention and the tests performed.

PROJECT / 01Power & control

Generator Control Retrofit with DEIF AGC 150

Explore the work ↗

The challenge

The existing control system for two diesel generators had failed.

Our intervention

A separate DEIF AGC 150 was installed for each generator. Control, alarm and shutdown connections were adapted to the new controllers.

The outcome

Oil-pressure and cooling-water-pressure shutdown functions were tested. Functional checks were completed and the systems were handed over operational.

PROJECT / 02Propulsion

CPP PR Valve Control Unit Replacement

Explore the work ↗

The challenge

Defective control units prevented reliable command transmission to the CPP PR valves.

Our intervention

The control units were replaced. Power supplies, wiring and input/output connections were checked.

The outcome

Valve command responses and CPP operating functions were tested before commissioning.

PROJECT / 03Instrumentation

BWTS UV Sensor Replacement and Functional Testing

Explore the work ↗

The challenge

The BWTS UV1.1 and UV1.2 sensors were faulty.

Our intervention

Both sensors were replaced. The glass surfaces of all 12 sensors were inspected and cleaned.

The outcome

Ballast and deballast operations were successfully tested in the presence of the Chief Engineer.

PROJECT / 04Alarm & safety

Fire Alarm and Public Address System Restoration

Explore the work ↗

The challenge

Faults affected the fire alarm system, sound-bell circuits and two PA amplifiers.

Our intervention

Main and repeater panels were replaced, bell circuits reconnected and amplifiers repaired and reinstalled.

The outcome

Testing was carried out under the Electrical Officer’s supervision. Both panels and the public address system were restored to operation.

PROJECT / 05Automation

Machinery Safety System Communication and Computer Repair

Explore the work ↗

The challenge

Computer freezing, faulty thermocouples and a machinery safety system communication interruption were reported.

Our intervention

An SSD was fitted, the programming computer repaired and the communication-line termination circuit corrected. Four replacement thermocouples were delivered.

The outcome

Computer operation and machinery safety system communication were restored and function-tested.

PROJECT / 06Automation

Marine Automation Computer Backup and Alarm Panel Recovery

Explore the work ↗

The challenge

Critical automation computers required backups and an alarm panel had a software fault.

Our intervention

Six GOS computers and one tank-sounding computer were backed up. GOS backups were verified and the alarm panel software reloaded.

The outcome

Backups were prepared for delivery and the alarm panel returned to normal operation.

Clarity at
every step.
